Muhammad Ibrahim Fazi (Q.S.) was the eldest son among the children of Shamsuddin Fazi (Q.S.), who was the son of the prominent scholar and Sufi, Muhammad Fazi (Q.S.), one of the eminent Shadhuli Mashayikh.
Sayyid Abdul Qadir Maulana Makki (Q.S.) was a renowned scholar and Sufi who came from Makkah in 1922 as the Khalifa of the great spiritual master and settled at Puzhithala in Mahe. Among his disciples were many scholars and Sayyids. Vadakara Muhammad Haji, Shaykh Hasan Hazrath (Q.S.), and Pathi Abdul Qadir Musliyar (Q.S.) were among the prominent ones.
The great Shaykh established Shadhuli spiritual centres in many places and guided numerous people towards the path of spirituality. Sayyid Koyamma Thangal, Sayyid Habeeb Thangal, Tajuddin Abdurahman Musliyar of Kambil, and Klappana Ustad of Kochi were among his Khalifas.
